Calibre Forum exists because most owners cannot say which tools their people use, and most staff are never asked.
What we do
We run a short survey for every person in a business and turn the answers into a report for the owner. We try to be useful on one narrow question: how are people really working, which tools are they using, and what should the business do about it.
What we do not do
- We do not give legal, insurance, tax or financial advice.
- We do not certify compliance with any law, standard or insurer requirement.
- We do not monitor staff, read their email or install anything on their devices.
- We do not tell owners who said what.
How we think about the work
Surveys about tools and technology can feel like a trap to the people answering them. So the design starts with the staff experience: short, honest about what it is, anonymous by structure and not used to decide who is needed in a role. A report built on honest answers is worth more than one built on cautious ones.
Where we are
Calibre Forum is an Australian product, built and operated in Australia. It is new, and we say so. The method draws on published frameworks, and the report states its limits in an appendix. The guides on this site are written to be useful whether or not you ever buy from us.
