The membership repeats the survey and delivers a new report each time. It does not include policy templates, training, monitoring software or legal, insurance or tax advice.

What does the report cost?
A$1,990 plus GST, once, for one organisation. That covers one survey round for your whole team and the full report. There is no per-person fee shown at checkout.
What does the membership add?
For A$2,388 plus GST a year (billed annually), the survey repeats about every three months to the same team, and a fresh report is emailed to you each time. The membership is optional and can be added when you buy the report.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers. If you are in New Zealand, contact us before buying so we can confirm how tax applies.
Is there a limit on the number of staff?
There is no staff count shown at checkout. If you have more than a few hundred people, or several business units that need separate reports, contact us first.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure checkout operated by Stripe. Calibre Forum does not see or store your card number.
What does it cost the first year with the membership?
A$4,378 plus GST at checkout (the A$1,990 report plus the A$2,388 membership year), then A$2,388 plus GST each year the membership renews.
Can I get a refund?
Standard consumer rules apply, and nothing in our terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, we do not refund an order once your team's survey has been submitted. If you have not sent the survey, contact us and we will help. The terms of use have the details.
What if I want to cancel the membership?
The membership renews each year. Contact us before the renewal date and we will stop it from renewing. The terms of use set out the details, and nothing in them limits any rights you have under Australian consumer law.
Are there discounts for accountants, IT providers or brokers?
