Terms of use

Terms of use

The agreement between you and Calibre Forum.

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Calibre Forum website, owner app and staff survey (the service), provided by Calibre Forum (ABN 32 737 926 202, a sole trader business in Australia). By buying or using the service for a business, you agree to them on behalf of that business.

What the service is

Calibre Forum provides a staff survey and a readiness report about the use of AI tools and ways of working in a business. The report describes what your team and leaders told us and suggests next steps. It is general information. It is not legal, insurance, tax, privacy, employment or financial advice, and it does not certify that any person or business complies with any law, standard or insurer requirement.

Your responsibilities

  • You must be authorised to buy the service for your business and to invite the people you add.
  • You are responsible for lawful use of the survey, including any consultation, notice or consent you owe your staff under employment law, an enterprise agreement or privacy law.
  • You must not use survey results to identify individuals, or to take action against an individual based on their answers.
  • You must not try to defeat the anonymity features, attempt to access another organisation's data, or interfere with the service.

Prices and payment

The report costs A$1,990 plus GST, once per organisation. The optional membership costs A$2,388 plus GST a year, billed annually, and renews each year until cancelled. Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you do not want the membership to renew, contact us before the renewal date. Buying the report and membership together is charged as one payment of A$4,378 plus GST at checkout, and the membership then renews each year at A$2,388 plus GST.

Refunds and cancellation

Standard consumer rules apply. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded, including a remedy for a major failure with the service. Beyond that, we do not give refunds once your team's survey has been submitted, which means once any response to the survey has been received. If you change your mind before any response has been submitted, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund it. A membership renews each year until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund a membership year that has already begun, or a round that has already been submitted.

Your data and the report

You keep ownership of the information you give us and of your report. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We own the software, method and question set, and you may not copy or resell them.

Accuracy and reliance

Scores and recommendations depend on the answers people give and on the assumptions stated in the report. Estimates, including hours that might be recovered, are for planning and are not promises. You should use your own judgment and take professional advice before relying on the report for any legal, insurance or business decision.

Consumer law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, we limit it to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve the service from time to time.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. When an account closes, we handle data as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. They are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
